Option for tuning station at startup

I don't like when DD starts tunes at previous station. I woud like to have the option for that.

Dvbdream crashes when trying to tune a NA H.264 channel, upon restart, dvbdream retunes the same channel, and crashes again.

My work around has been to disconnect the coaxial cable, tune to a working channel and restart DvbDream with cable now attached.

An option to "Retune last channel on start" in settings would be nice.

Again this is such a fantastic program, thanks Relocation!!

There is a thread about it on DVBN, we (NA users) need more information about the problem. Sorry I was not trying to report a bug. I was just providing a reason for the need to "not start with retune of last channel". My work around has been fine.
