C2B2 DVB for natting

sorry dont knoe where to post this
i want to configure natting at server 2003 ent. SP1

hardware is
C2B2 is used for downlink only
modem is used for uplink

when NAT is disable at server net is ok @ localhost
but when i configure NAT to share my internet on clinte computers localhost stops browsing and DNS error shows

there is some routing problem there some1 please help me out for this isue thnx
i have C2B2 dvb card installed for downlink
modem for uplink
windows server 2003 ent. SP1
