Dvb Dream stops when recording

I have a purchased copy of Dvb dream with WinTV Nova-S-Plus 92001 Hauppauge WinTV Satellite Receiver pci card running Windows xp home os.
Everything works fine with it until I start to record something I can watch channels all day without any problems but when I start recording Dvb dream will run for about 15 mins then I get Dvb Dream has encountered a problem and has to close.
I've tried uninstalling both dvb dream and my pci card and reinstalling them and all drivers are up to date.
I have a trial of another program mytheather it works fine ( but I don't like the program)
Any suggestion???

Just a wild guess but might help
Try to record in renderless mode (no picture while recording) and try disabling signal level indicatorand osd.
This might help (worked for me on one of my older setups when DD crashed while recording)

can you send dvbdream.log file here ? attach on the forum.

Maybe some another system component causes the problem. You might want to test on another computer or reinstall a clean Windows. then try DD to find the culprit.
