DVBDREAM crashes with TBS8920 DVBS2 Pci (BDA )

Respected members of this forum..I have tbs 8920pci dvbs2 card which is a bda compatible card.My dvbdream v1.5c and 1.4i and 1.5e always crashes after each 3-5 minutes.when tested with old technisat ss2 it doesnt crashes but always crashes with bda compatible card that is tbs8920.. plz fix the problem for me .. thanking u all

When he crash:

At channel search QPSK 8PSK ?????? freq or when more info needed.

1) does it happen on all satellites/ frequencies ?
2) happens only on DVB-S2 channels?
3) which operating system do you use ? 64/32 bit ?

I m using TBS 8920 PCI card..I always get crashes after each 3 or 4 mins .. satellites which i have are hotbird 13 e and NSS 95 e . i m using Eurostar Original Diseq switch(4 ports switch)... details of crashes show "ntdll.dll file error" and sometimes "psisdecd.dll" ... It happens both with dvb-s and dvb-s2 channels... i tried with elecard and Intervideo and Arcsoft codecs.. all failed

i m using 32 bit operating system..windows xp sp2 and in windows xp sp3 i checked it

Weird, I can't reproduce the problem with the same card (8920) here

I installed Windows vista and dvbdream working fine with it..All problems solved but one new problem..When i exit the dvbdream then it hangs and i have to close it from task manager to end process..what shld i do

Difficult to answer such qustion. Try other codecs and renderers one by one. Something must be responsible for that. (Try this after removing all plugins and modules)

Post your dvbdream.log file if you want more comments on the problem.

@ REL dear REl here is the log file. problem is that when i close dvbdream then it hangs up and when i close it by "end process" of task manager then it closes but CPU usage starts increasing and dvbdream is still in menu of taskmanager and consuming over 70% cpu usage...I use Microsoft Vista 32 bit windows ....

I think your problem happens because of selected codecs or renderers.
or some of active modules in DD. you should remove all modules , especially OSD module, and also try to change renderers / codecs.
I cant reproduce the problem here, so if these dont help, I can only recommend to switch to a stable OS Windows 7 or Windows XP and clean install of DD.

MY problem solved ... My card works very fine with dvbdream on windows 7 OS and also with windows XP Service Pack 3.. problem was just with operating system of Widows Vista and WinXp Service Pack2... with Service pack 3 XP and Windows 7 there is no crash!!!Every thing fine!!!
