Propper save of settings.

One of the things that frustrates me about dvbdream is that it does not seem to save settings when you change them, or hit apply. It only seems to do it when it is closed.

This is frustrating because sometimes you can have it on for hours, and when it crashes, all the settings get restored to a previous state.

Its gotten to the point, that I actually now change my settings, and than quickly exit the program so that they are preserved, just in case there is a hang or a crash.

I have cursed DD out a few times because of this. There really is no reason, for a change not to be a change. Especially with how often this program hangs or crashes (not an insult to the program, just the nature of codecs and signals).


I think this would be a simple, but effective feature change. Anytime the Apply button or ok is pressed, the function to save them gets called. It will save me a lot of frustration.
