tv picture as desktop background

it possible to add tv picture as desktop background?
it would be nice :)

Actually I would think that could be done without a major recode if DVBDream has the support to stream to a webpage, even if to localhost, then you creat a page that streams that file and set the webpage as your active desktop.

Now I am not a programmer but it shouldn't be that hard.
