DVB Dream

Good morning;

Lately I am interested in the DVB Dream but I did not understand it. I did my research in many forum and youtube video concerning the dvb dream but still could not get the whole idea.

I want to know step by step how it works, what is needed?

Do I need to connect it to my satellite receiver (DM800HD)? What kind of device I need to select? When I installed the software and went to Options--->Devices and select some device, I got the following error:
"Cannot Initialize DVB hardware! Error Code:1 Application will work on OFFLINE mode"

What does this mean?

DVBDream have nothing to do with your dreambox.

Search for the gooed BDA so that DVBDream can communication with the PC card that recieve the signal from LNB.
