Program locks up after changing video card.

I have had DVBDream working perfectly for a couple of weeks, however I had to replace my video card as the TV out stopped working on my Radeon 9200. I replaced it with a Geforce4 MX440 I had here. I know the card is good and functional. However after changing the card, DVBDream will just lockup upon start up. Everytime without fail. I have uninstalled, rebooted and reinstalled DVBDream. After a fresh install it will work up until the point I have finished scanning channels and it tries to display a channel. Then it locks up.
Twinhan 102G DVB Card viewing Nimiq1 on Windows XP running an ATI 9200 or a Geforce4 MX440.

chaning video cards from a diferent developer is not a good idea
becouse mishmash errors come
solution reinstaling windows

p.s. nVidia Geforce4 MX440 have a very poor quality
then Ati Radeon 9200
