dvb dream not work from first time on tbs 5990

dvb dream not work on tbs 5990 usb dual tuner from first time when i running laptop .
he work after i disconnect usb cable and connect it again or make rest to my laptop .
i try many version form dvbdream and i try windows 8 and 8.1 and windows 10 64 .. i try use codes lava video and arc soft and ffd show and nvidia pure video but i still have same problem ( black screen ) no signal
i talking with tvs support and they told me the problem from dvb dream.
i use now dvb dream 3 with lava code
windows 10 64bit
last tbs5590 driver
my laptop asus g750jh core i7 4700qh - gtx 780m 4gb - 32gb ram ddr3l 2133 mhz
note : my laptop only have usb 3.0 ports not usb 2

Send me your log files taken right after the first unsuccessful attempt. You can attach here to your post, files needed: dvbdream.log , bda.log and other files from \logs folder where you installed DVB Dream.

Can you also try your device and dvbdream on another computer ?

sorry for delay in replying .. i try connect my device on other pc form (sub 2.0 port ) and he work without any problem .the problem happen with usb 3.0 port i don't have any usb 2 port in my laptop all ports usb 3.0 .
i try p***vb on my device (usb 3.0 prot) and he work form first time but prog not support show 2 channel (different transponders)in same time

weird, Try to use StreamReader interface instead of BDA in new v3.1. See if it helps

So it is not an issue of DVB Dream. You need to try other solutions,like using a usb hub (it might help, I am not sure)
Nobody reported such problem, most likely specific to your hardware /motherboard etc. DVB Dream doesnt have any USB port vesion specfic code.

I think you should search if the problem is related to mother board, usb chips etc. Try on other computers with usb 3.0 to see. DVB Dream is mainly developped / tested on TBS devices, and so far no similar problems are seen nor reported.
Also try to update motherboard related drivers if there is any update.

i try my device on other computer with usb 3.0 and i have same problem only work with usb 2.0

I cannot currently test but 'll be looking for other users' reports, interesting issue with usb 3.0

sorry i was wrong the problem not solve
when disconnecting electricity for 10 minutes then reconnect it again the device works on usb 3.0 and hub usb 2.0 next day after i running my pc i found the problem not solved .
i talking tbs support about the problem and they told me "Maybe we can replace other device to you base on your environment ."
replacing the device i'll costing more than cost new device (customs and taxes
and international Shipping ) . and the replace will take a long time and my work depends on tbs5990 and this will lose alot of money in my work .
help me to know the owner tbs 5990 have same problem or not before i buy new device ??
tbs product work on any LNB or need special brand ?
