DD hangs while minimized (old problem)

Hi rel,
sometimes when channel changes or if a directshow reset happens while DD is minimized it hangs and you cannot restore the program. to reproduce the problem point your mouse over the minimize button in the title bar of dd and then press CTRL+W then quickly press the minimize button before the reset finishes. tested on winXP
