Dvbdream 1.6 and again des.dll

Hello
After upgrade dvbdream from version 1.5g to version 1.6 i got again error about des.dll.
I use windows 7 64bit

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run Computer
2. Run dvbdream after fresh Windows start

what antivirus / anti-spyware and firewall softwares do you use ?
try to disable them for a while while loading DD to see if it helps.
I can't reproduce the problem here at all , tried on 4 PCs
DVB Dream - because I have to dream about having time to code it

I use Kaspersky Antivirus 11.0.2.556
When i got again this same problem i disable and check it`s help.

This bug is back, with DD 1.8a p2, Win Vista 32 bit, Avast, Spybot. :(

this bug should have disappeared since v2.2, please confirm
