Is there someone who can help me

I need a plugin that can get biss key from network and can be used on DVBdream. Parameters for url like
- sat name / longitude
- transponder
- sid
- channel name
- pmt

url example

http://mydomain/?sat name/transponder/sid/channel name/pmt

mydomain or url can be change, set in config file
