Switching channels when DD is minimized -- freeze IS BACK!

The problem that was solved by 1.3 is back in 1.3c
Just tried to install it recently. Yep, when DD is minimized - channel switching doesn't work (or generates an error)

please test it on upcoming v1.4
DVB Dream - because I have to dream about having time to code it
