Salut, i have same tuner, ( are you romanian)?
You could use Girder, Intelliremote, or default terratec software remote.
default terratec remote software has few profiles, but you could make new one, you just need to know keyboard shorcuts for app.
you find terratec remote software in "C:\Program Files\Common Files\TerraTec\Remote\TTTvRc.exe" on WIN7.
You must need to install Terratec Home Cinema...and here you need to disable an option, that use remote software only for terratec cinema.
If you disable this option, terratec remote software will work in any app.
I use Girder sometimes, but always Intelliremote( this one rocks, 100 profiles, very easy to make one, like 5 minutes or so) and it has an remote software for Iphone as well:))
Evenghost-free, you could use it,
+ thousands of other software...
If you have money, buy Intelliremote, if not, use default terratec software, if you are expert, use Girder or Evenghost
PS. I love my Terratec tuner:)
