Starkey DVB - USB Satellite Box

Hi, is there any chance to get the "Starkey DVB" USB Satellite box (SCM MicroSystems) to work with DVB Dream?
Is there any proficient programmer that can write a "device file" for this unit?
ProgDVB device file for above unit attached.
