network scan do not save new TP?

I did network search on Türksat 1C/2A (42°E) all TP in .ini 197 TP when i start search the scan process see only 194 TP never min the important thing that it founds 146 TP new and after searching it the new TransPonders did not saved in .ini file and still 197 TP?
