This DM20S is new in the market ,many like me bought one very affordable half the price of known DVBS products..

But presently DVBdream and other thirdparty softwares dont support it yet. Im hoping that somehow the people here or the developers of DVBdream will inlcude it in their list of supported devices.

I don't think that there is any SDK available for this card (nor to all other Chineese cheap DVB-S clones).
All those cards also do not have BDA drivers.
