madvr and 4:3 chanels

madvr and 4:3 chanels does not work.
also tbs 6983 and mis/pls

fixed in upcoming version v2.7, if you meant video size/cropping problem when 4:3 is set on DD as aspect ratio.
There was a problem in previous versions of MadVR which caused us to make a workaround, but it seems newer MadVR fixed the situation.
Make sure you use the latest version of MadVR.
