16:9 channels + 2nd monitor = crash!

start dvbdream with a 16:9 channel in the main window in the second monitor ...or open pip with a 16:9 channel in the second monitor make dvbdream crash.

if i start dvbdream in the 1st monitor then move the main window in the 2nd, it crash but if i move pips it doesnt.

so when i want to open 4 channels i can only if one of those channels is in 4:3 by moving all pips and main windows from 1st to 2nd monitor.

Fix it.
