DVB Dream scheduler issue.

When I try to record a specific channel sometimes it will be missing from the list of available channels to record. For example I'll be watching Channel 540 HDPPV and I'll go to the HDPPV area alphabetically and it wont be there in the DD Scheduler portion of the software. So I can not schedule a custom recording. What's going on with this? I have several other missing channels from the scheduler as well.
