error 0418-unauthorized user

Hy

i just downloaded the Version 2.8.1 via the Members page

after a while i get a Popup with the follwing message "error 0418-unauthorized user"
when i click OK then i get the next message "Trial/Registration status has been cleared" and the program get closed
i can start it again and after 3-4 times the messages comes again.

btw via the Help menu i am not longer able to enter my registration Key



why ????

- Install path c:\programme\dvbdream\
- Win 10 Pro
- no extra Antivirus Software / Just a clean windows installation

It happens because you used your license key on more than one pc, you need to buy a license for each computer you use DVB Dream.

i have only one computer running !

but i reinstalled my computer with win 10

Yep - I got the same result. Windows 7 - only one machine. Straight after buying, but I did try the trial system first. But in my case it starts reliably the second time. Must be a timing problem. After shut down of DVB, the cycle repeats. Not really a problem except when scheduling programs.

Anyone got any ideas?

Since when i have been using dvbdream on 2 pc's for years and only started to get this error 0418 unauthorized user today after i had to reinstall windows

Yes i can definitely agree with this

I dont like to repeat the answers, which you can find by search,
You need to send me your login ID for me to solve the problem if you used DVB Dream on more than one computer.
You need to buy a new licence for each computer.

Otherwise something in your system might be blocking DVB Dream to access system registry. It might be system acccess rights or any antivirus or similar software you use. You can try running DVB Dream administrator (right click, run as administrator) or try on another computer with clean Windows setup, to find the culprit.

I all so have the same issue after reinstalling Win 10 .

I have tried to send the required information to "rel" but it just sits in the out-box so guessing it's not gone .

@dan I just replied you. It was caused by multiple usage of one licence ( or installation of DVB Dream too many times relatively in a short amount of time on different hardware), I have fixed it for you but need to be careful

Error: 0418 - Unauthorized user estou tambem com o mesmo problema eu usava o crak e nao tinha problemas agora comprei o programa e so problemas vou ao paypal abrir desputa quero o meu dinheiro de volta so enganar as pessoas isto e o k ....
