Eutelsat 5°W 12669 H Multistram No Channels found

I got a question about DD:
I use TBS 5925 with the latest version ov DVBDream (registred user). Usually DD works pretty well with multistream transponders. On Eutelsat 5°W 12669 H signal is fine but no channels can be found with any Transponder search method. Is there something I am doing wrong or is it a bug in DD?

I just checked. Mediaset Channels work well with Crazyscan. Just Dvbdream can't find Channels although I get a lock and signal quality is fine. Anyone there to check this?

not sure how to help, I don't have access to 5W.
What are the modulation paramaters are like? can you write stream ids etc, (screen shot of crazyscan results)

For Example:
12669 H
SR35000
FEC 3/4
8PSK
PLS Root 8
Stream 1 and 2
I get a lock, Signal strength high.
DVBDream opens search bar box. After Search bar has finished DD tells "No Channels found"
