I'm using a Phonex Smartcard reader and Ncemucam to decrpyt channels legally and I can get the LAN broadcasting to work no problem on my laptop.
The issue i'm having is when the smartcard reader is checking the card is still in to continue the decryption. Basically the LAN activity drops to 0 mbps and the stream on the laptop stops for a few seconds. As soon as the smartcard reader stops its checks and the activity mbps goes up, the stream on the laptop resumes.
To put it simply, has anyone any ideas how I could fix this?
