Need help ! Twinhan 1025

I have a Twinhan 1025, it worked fine with my old pc with pentium 4 cpu.

With my actual i3 cpu it doesn't work properly (the image is noisy like the signal was weak) only if I limit the number of processors to 1 trough the Msconfig tool.

I have tried with Ubuntu, the result is the same. And I also selected the "cpu limitation option in Dvbdream".
