hi all,

on the local machine (not even via Network) Streaming does work fine if i call VLC using "udp://@" ..

however, it does *not* work if i use "udp://127:0.0.1:1234" or "udp://192.168.178.21:1234" - any clues why? i meah hey, of course it does not work on the Network either if it does not even work locally.. so i do not think it has anything to do with routersettings.

u missed out the '@'

I confirm this issue. Can't stream at all. HD, Mpeg2, radio channels. Tried loopback, network multicast on vlc, mpc, xbmc, with and without RTP, RSTP, IGMP Snoop, IGMP Proxy, UDP proxy. Does not work anyhow.

ok, i hadnt actually tried this with dvbdream but i do have this problem with another similar program were one minute vlc opens all http streams and udp and then next minute it doesnt and then it does..............

i have tried alsorts including speaking to writer of other program but i wonder if it is vlc?

try this on VLC, works fine here
