Timeshift. Problems when PIP is on.

Hey

My settings of timeshift is set to HDD.
What happens when i watch something and open second PIP?
Which stream is recording to file? The first one?
I'm asking, because when i watch one station, i can convert the created .ts file to simple MPEG2 and the cut, edit etc.
When i watch one station and then open a second PIP, the .ts file from timeshift make problems with convert, edit - i can't do that.
So, my question is, why?

in v1.6 , the timeshift feature will be rewritten again , that will change this
