Need some help with Skywalker-1 and DVB Dream settings.

I need some help; I am using a Genpix Skywalker-1 with DVB Dream. I am able to get almost all the non HD transponders / channels, however I am unable to get any of the HD channels (T-8psk). I should mention that I am manually scanning each transponder and I have used both the default transponder / sat list, Joshfun’s, and Lyngsat’s.
My sat dish is a Dish 1000, which I believe has a built in DPP Twin, please correct me if I am wrong. I have tried every combination mentioned on this site and by Googling.
A couple of the setups I have tried are:
1. Diseqc set as non, port one with 119 with LOF1 11250000 LOF2 14350000, no RAW and a RAW of EO 11 38 F2, 22HZ both off and controlled, uncommitted is always off in all my variations. Using Backstacked Dishpro Ku-Hi
2. Diseqz set as V1.0 or V2.0, port one with 119 port 2 with 110, port 3 with 129. LOF1 11250000 LOF2 14350000, no RAW and a RAW of EO 11 38 F2, 22HZ both off and controlled, uncommitted is always off in all my variations. Using Backstacked Dishpro Ku-Hi.
I have dishn** receivers VIP622 and VIP211, both receivers receive all of Dishes channels (HD and non) with no problems. I even had Dish realign the Dish after a recent storm so I know it’s aligned properly. The VIP211 is not connected when I have the Genpix connected as I use that coax line for the Genpix.
Just in case you need my system specs to help me, the comp that has the Skywalker on it is a Core 2 Quad 2.5, 4 gig mem, 8000GT AKIMBO / 1GB mem.
I will take a wild guess and say that if I am able to receive most of the non HD channels that the Genpix device is working as it should. I posted in a different forum about this and someone suggested that maybe the Skywalker isn’t working, however I figured that if I am able to receive most of the non HD transponders and not the T8psk’s that it’s my settings that are wrong.
Sorry for the long post, I figured I would put everything I could think of in one post and try to eliminate the common questions.
I have been working on this for about a week, so any help will be greatly appreciated. If you need a list of the transponders I am missing please let me know.
