Use DVBDREAM on my HTPC

I've bought a 42" fullHD TV plugged on my HTPC and with the native resolution 1920x1080, my desktop is too large to see it fine at 3 meters. Is it possible to use my favorite DVBDREAM with an interface like Media Center.Does anybody know how to configure Windows XP desktop to see it correctly? thanks
