right, I have a motorized dish however I don't really wanna bother with installing all the settings or connecting it to my skystar2- I like the good ole fashion way of turning it with my remote. In progdvb I could just select the channels from one of the channel list trees for the sat I want and everything would work, though dvbdream displays only the channel for the satellite that's selected in the diseq settings- I've even tried adding channels to favourites but they still dissapear when I select another sat in diseq. how do I keep all the channels visible and cut off the dvbdream reasoning regarding what channels I should have?

EDIT:turns out the channels do not disappear from favorites but when I select em I still get no signal

you can add more than one satellite in diseqc dialog
