Can i scan more than 1 LNB via DiseqC 2.0?

I have connected all the LNBs appropriately to DiseqC, unfortunately i can't get my channel scanned on all LNBs. I can only get Echo 3. Oh.. BTW i have Echo, 3 on Port 1, Echo 8,10 on Port 2, Echo 7 on Port 3 and Nimiq 1 on Port 4.
DVBDream sees Echo 3 channels on Port 4 and also on Port 2.
Does this mean that my diseqC switch is bad.
I tried following. I connected SW21 and only Echo 8,10. Once i did that DVBDream scanned all Echo 8, 10 channels. I tried to connect Echo 3 by itself on SW-21 and it worked too.
When i move all the connection to DiseqC i get only Echo 3 on Port 1 and port4 and also on Port 2. I get no signal on Port 3. Does this mean that my disecq is bad or i have to do some other settings on DVB Dream?
