DishPro pointed at 82/91 but only channels are 82 are found

I'm trying to get my setup working and it is one continuous uphill battle...very frustrating so far. My problem now is that when I do a scan on 82 or 91, only 82 channels appear. I'm using a DishPro 500 so the switch is built into the LNBs. I've setup DVBDream to use the proper diseqc settings - 91 is port 1 and 82 is port 2.

I think my configuration is correct...does anyone know what the deal is? I have a Twinhan 1027 and am using the BDA drivers. Do I need to enter custom disecq commands to get the switch to operate properly? Please help!
