At last I found this ...My only problem now is the CPU (2.0 only) that prevents good rendering.

I did try Nero,Elecard,Lead & Moonlight H.264 decoders...This ATI is the only one that succeeded..!!!
It comes with this free "Avivo Transcoder"

How to :_

1) Download this free Transcoder
ht*p://users.iptelecom.net.ua/~video/ATI.AVIVO.Transcoder.v1.12.exe


2) Add this line to guids.ini
H264CODEC7=ATI mpeg Vid Dec , {37A4D808-E76C-11D2-935C-00A024E52661}

3) Choose "ATI mpeg Vid Dec" to decode H.264 Channels

4) ENJOY if you have a powerful CPU

It works! Thanks! First codec without freezing. It works only with VMR9, with Generic video renderer it looks like old analog Sky Videocrypt channels.

CPU usage - 85-95%
Frames dropped - 0
Average framerate - 49

Recording to MPG doesn't work, result is always 2kb file.

Recording to TS works, but there is a sync problem, picture is interlaced and freezing - in Media Player Classic, can't play it in VLC at all.

BTW - Audio pid 37 doesn't work. It doesn't work at all, or just some audio codec problem?

One more question - is this codec really free or just "free"? Because I don't know any free MPEG2 codec (except some old without hardware acceleration).
