Noob can't get things to run smoothly

I'm new to this, but I was able to get everything working for a bit.

However, when I change channels it usually turns to black and the new channel doesn't come on.

BUT if I go to options->device and click start sometimes the new channel will start working. Or if I exit and come back in.

Any ideas?

I would try selecting "Reset DS after channel change" under; Options menu, video menu, down at the bottom labeled "options".

I tried that, and still no luck.

It seems to work fine when I start DD. I can watch a first channel, but then when I change to a second channel it stops working.

If I close the program and reopen it then I can see to the second channel.


I'm trying to watch bev with legacy dual LNB's contected with a sw21 switch (if that helps).
