Cannot Setup - Please Help

I have been trying for a week to setup my dish w/motor and DVB Dream
I cannot get a satellite aligned corectly. My setup is in my signature. Please help with instructions on using DVB Dream to move my dish to the correct satellite. I don't think I can use USALs and I have been trying to move using the positioner but every time I set up the Echo 3 bird for my initial setup it won't move to it. It just stays. The only way I can move the dish is using the raw send codes in DVB Dream. Help is grealy appreciate as I can't figure this thing out even though i have setup numerous dtv systems.

Seriously - no one here can help? I am starting to feel like i should have just bought a receiver instead of a pci-card. There has to be someone or somewhere that has directions on how to move my dish with DVB Dream.
