Have yuo tried Gabest MPA audio decoder it also decode AC3 and its quality is superb And for your knowledge FFdshow is working with me but withh use mp3lib not libmad for both mp3 and mp2 I did not tried it for AC3 " but nvidia works for both and gabest works too for both " and let ffdshow connected...

And I had a conformation from the developers of ffdshow tryout that this issue is purely dvbdream issue

both are with active movie window problem one with ffdshow video and other with dscaler video
note
merits in video renders was 00800101 for VMR7, 00800001 for Overlay ,00800000 for Generic VR and 0020000 for overlay mixer2
