I have exactly the same problem with Windows 8.1 All I have to do is shut-down the app and restart and it's fine. I will try running the program with administrator rights. I'm running AVAST anti-virus and it is a pretty aggressive app. I have tried removing DVB Dream and reinstalling, I'm running 2....
