as only the master sound card appears in the list not both the sound cards
as i told before when changing the master sound card this is then replaced by the 2nd one

Give support to Multi Audio Card as Audio Renderer
as i have 2 audio cards one is connected to the PC speakers and the other to a TV with a TV-Out i wish i can switch the audio card in use by the DD without changing the primary card of the whole windows system as the DD in Audio renderer menu display only the primary card in use not the 2 audio card...
