Do not work WinLIRC (at 1.4i)

Don't work WinLIRC in new version (with path) (( I use SlyControl 2.7.12 (through WLircSrv.dll) for remote control of dd. In version 1.4h all works

DvbDream is nice prog ! Authors thanks for yours work!! :)) But.. I think, that OSD module must be done more better.. ( I use are DDOSD.
