Progdvb BDA drivers had same problem in past, no diseqc work.

But they solved it in last versions (4.8x) just some weeks ago.

Like others say in forums, DVB-S2 and diseqc don't work with DD with hauppauge cards (nova, hvr). I tested also with BDA_ALL and same results. No way to use diseqc.
