In DvbDream, channel search is based on base frequencies (like 626mhz)
but in some countries (like france, germany,etc...) DVB-T providers used an offset. For example, they add an offset of 166,8khz on some/all base frequency so 626mhz becomes 626,1668mhz and DvbDream users don't get channels. So, could you allow the user to set a rational (626.1668) frequency instead of a decimal one.
